Abstract
|
|
|
A case of pyogenic infection on the transverse process of the lumbar vertebra is presented for its rarity in reported case, and literature was briefly reviewed.
The case a thirteen year old boy who complained of rigid lumbar spine and fistula on the admission.
Trusversectomy was done as the choice of treatment and excellent result was obtained without recurrence.
